Why can I not get on Facebook, starting yesterday, through today?
I have Facebook bookmarked, but yesterday and today, I can't get facebook to come up, even if I spell it out on the search line.

What happens? Any error messages? What link are you using?

After going through long phone exchanges with a company that listed themselves as a phone number for Mozilla, I discovered that it was a site that tried to sell me virus protection, after showing me all sorts of red flags, error messages etc. I then went to my server, my computer was indeed really protected, had no viruses, etc. Then, instructed to reset my modem, left me with the immediate solution, even with egg on my face for not trying that myself. Didn't even think of it, because I could get everything else, just not facebook.

This, and a few other forums, is the only support. Their is NO phone support. You were scammed.
