I have no SEND button when I write an e-mail. I am receiving e-mails but cannot reply
Everything was fine this morning. I received and replied to e-mails. Then all of a sudden I went to write an e-mail. Wrote the e-mail but did not have a Send button, nor the toolbar that it was on. In fact the whole layout of "Write" looked different. I am still receiving e-mails but cannot reply to them. Why?

In a new Write message
Press 'Alt' key to get a temporary 'Menu Bar' 'View '> 'Toolbars' > select 'Menu bar' to make permanent.
then 'View' > 'Toolbars' > select: 'Composition Toolbar'
Many thanks - I now have a Send button and used it to send a reply to you.
