I have 2 email accounts. One works fine but the other does not display email tool bars. I've contacted my internet provider and we did troubleshooting. When I log on using internet explorer everything is fine but when I log on using Mozilla Firefox that's when I have this problem, only with one of my email accounts, not both. They are certain that the problem is when using Firefox. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

If you mention which web mail service your problem is with, maybe another Firefox user using that same service will be able help you. There's no settings in Firefox for that, barring any preference cookies that might be saved in Firefox for that web mail web site.
