I am currently unable to access my email account redacted@sunnyholidays.am as I cannot recall the password. Unfortunately, I have also been unable to recover the account through the available recovery options.

can you log into the account online? If so, then the problem isn't the password. If you cannot log in online, then you need to contact your email provider to reset the password. Thunderbird is your agent to administer the account, but Thunderbird is at the end of the process. Let me know. Thank you.
