I cannot access my email account in Thunderbird. I am unable to log in because I do not remember my login details or password.

Please help me recover access to this account or advise what I should do next.

I suggest you contact your email provider to gain that access. Thunderbird relies on your providing the email address and password, but cannot restore it for you.
