Today 29/07/2026 Firefox updated itself in Russian. I deleted it but now it doesn't work properly.
Please get me back to my older firefox system, I have lost everything.

So you don't or were not using Russia?
Maybe you are on a Russian network and it auto did your language without any input from you.
otherwise got to Settings > Language and select and edit the languages.
