I had issues with my phone and had to do a full factory reset. I have since logged back into firefox but I want go be able to recover all of the tabs I had open and all of the collections I had saved. Is that possible?

I had a catastrophic failure of my desktop computer. They were unable to recover over half my files. My bookmarks in Firefox had links to several critical business pages and I really need to get them back however I have been unable to access them or recover them. Is there any way for these to be recovered if the backup wasn't on? I know its a long shot but I have to ask.

Hello, I've got a problem with my account after something log me off the account for no reason then I put in new password and boom nothing my all passwords are gone please these passwords are really important for me, I need them back and I will be thankful if I could get any advice how to get them back because I had something around 100 of them now I got one only one please help me out im freaking out.

Foxfire updated a couple days ago, when it did it lost all my latest saved bookmarks. When I go to uninstall that maintainese package, I am denied access to do so.

Please for the love of all things holy... Tell me how I can restore my windows from my previous PC? I'm taking waaaaaayyyyyy to long just to get my windows sessions back... Also, why on earth did you remove the delete button from the search engines in settings? I need Google gone!!!

Reiniciei o PC e, quando abri o Firefox, todos os separadores anteriores desapareceram, e não consegui restaurar a sessão anterior, nem consegui ver as janelas ou separadores anteriores no histórico. Não é a primeira vez que isto me acontece.

Podes ajudar-me a recuperar estas abas abertas?

Não percebo porque não há forma de guardar esta informação em algum lugar quando um PC crasha ou ocorre outra situação, porque se os separadores estiverem abertos há algum tempo, essa informação deve ser guardada, tal como os separadores que foram fixados, para não perder trabalho. Isto nunca me aconteceu no Chrome porque devem ter outra forma de guardar. Consigo ver no histórico os separadores que foram abertos todos os dias (hoje, ontem, há uma semana), mas muitos estavam fechados e outros mantive abertos, e não consigo aceder a esta informação porque os que estão abertos são os que realmente me importam neste momento.

During cleaning up by CCleaner, accidentally the Histrory of the Firefox Browser (open folders and apps) all were deleted. Is there a way to retrieve and restore the then open folders ?

After the last update - all my 12 years of data is gone? No bookmarks or anything? No warning to do a backup? That's ridiculous guys. The only option you provided me with is 32 character recovery key I set up in 2022? Well I dont have it. Can't recover it. And if you don't intend to assist in some way - it's Game Over Firefox for me!

I just made your suggested "reorganisation" of the Firefox Browser with the result that all my hard collation of all my bookmarks, website and passwords are presently gone!!! I can only hope that you have a possibility to recover my datas.

Please advise your instruction to recover my websites, bookmarks etc.

I removed the solid-state SSD drive from my physically-broken Windows 10 HP laptop and connected it to my new Windows 11 HP laptop using an external adapter, wanting to move the contents to my new machine. But already I find that only about 3/4 of my bookmarked browsing favorite sites and document files are among the items that I can find on the old, externally-connected "D" drive (D:>USER>OWNER>FAVORITES). I tried visiting some of the bookmarked sites and hitting "bookmark this page" for each, but then none showed up on my new Windows 11 machine's firefox browser bookmarks sidebar. Perhaps they are being put elsewhere because I am opening these sites from my old drive??

I probably need to first understand if and how much that the two drives are still operating separately, so not cooperating with each other in the way I had hoped. I know next to nothing about any of these things but have used the Firefox browser and documents files for many years without too many issues.

I realize there have been several questions on this topic, even with the same subject heading.

The popup generally appears if you're trying to exit or refresh a page but haven't hit post or submit after entering data into a field. It's a good warning in case you've forgotten to do just that. I accidentally restarted Firefox after an update, and when I returned to the site I was working on I got this popup. Which makes sense, because I had entered in a ton of data and hadn't submitted it.

However, the page that I was returned to wasn't the one into which I'd entered my data - it was more of a home page for the website. I suspect this is a lost cause, but ... is it at all possible that the browser actually has that data saved somewhere and is waiting for me to complete submitting it? Or is this just a false positive?

i had two different firefox browsers yesterday. I deleted one but all my passwords are gone from the other browser. When the firefox browser got uninstalled it created a backup on my desktop called bookmarksback up. how can i move that file into this new firefox and how can I retrieve those passwords?

Today, after the last update of the software, I lost ALL my tabs (2 years of materials) and there was no way to recover them. Furthermore, I had to spend hours to retrieve at least the most important tabs I use for work.

This is not acceptable, please fix this issue and make the recovery of tabs possible and easy.

I lost all of my bookmarks and saved passwords with the latest update. How can I revert back to my old version so I can at least save them to a file to be imported?
