disable drop downs from some call them convex bar

THIS IS JUST ONE EXAMPLE. I CALL THEM DROP DOWNS I CANT GO TO MY UPPER BARS WITHOUT ONE OF THESE POPPING DOWN

i ALREADY HAVE THOSE TWO ITEMS UNCHECKED. ANYTHING ELSE WE CAN TRY?

These are triggered by right–click or CTRL+click on the items — please check your system doesn't register these context menu clicks elsewhere in other apps too (might be mouse/trackpad settings for e.g. gestures), or a CTRL key stuck (could happen for wireless keyboard with low battery etc.)

This should not appear just by hovering.
