why are my home page shortcuts whacked out?
When I open a new tab, I have it set to the home page. When I go there, it adds the most visited sites, yes? ok. but...now when I go there, it has a bunch of sites past my pinned ones. When I dismiss one, all of them disappear except my pinned. A few minutes later, I open a new tab, and theres a bunch of new sites again, but I can only dismiss these one at a time, and they again disappear for some minutes, or a couple/few tab openings. Bug or feature? how do I fix it?

Hi,
Unfortunately, I believe it's a feature in the part that new shortcuts are added automatically based on your history, and you can't disable that.
However, that's almost certainly a bug that all of them disappear at once. Only the one you dismiss should disappear. If you could help with investigating that:
- After you open a new tab and dismiss one of the shortcuts (and all other unpinned shortcuts disappear as well), do you see any error messages in the Web Console? You can open the console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+K or from Firefox menu > More tools > Web Developer Tools > the Console tab.
- Please file a bug on Bugzilla, Mozilla's bug tracker, including all the details, and (optionally) post a link to it here.
Ive always had the sites added automatically. This is not how its supposed to behave. Normally, when there is extra, you can dismiss and go on to the next until they are gone or your page is full. Im not even sure if the ones I've hit are even being dismissed.
I am not seeing an errors popping on the Web Console either. It looks happy.
