In settings what is meant by "Recommend extensions as you browse" and "Recommend features as you browse"?

1. Recommend extensions as you browse
This setting allows Firefox to suggest Add-on.
If you visit a lot of video sites, Firefox might show a small notification suggesting a video downloader add-on.
2. Recommend features as you browse
This setting allows Firefox to suggest built-in browser tools.
If you have 50 tabs open, Firefox might suggest you to use "Tab Groups" or "Search Tabs" feature.
