Stuck trying to sync phone app with computer

I am logged into my computer. When I try to sync my phone Firefox with my computer, I am asked to provide a number from an authentication app. I don't have any such authentication app and can't figure out what the Firefox one is. There does not seem to be a workaround. I can't use a backup code or reset option. I am trying to figure out what to do.

Hi Keji,

To troubleshoot 2FA issue with Mozill account, you need a one-on-one support for Mozilla account (which is a different thing from peer to peer support forum like this one).
