How do I stop a web page from auto refreshing Chrome or Firefox? it is so trouble for my site

That sounds more like a Addon issue doing then either Browser doing so. Did you verify this wasn't Addon issue for either browser. Also make sure your Security software isn't doing this.
You could try a userscript such as that linked below (remove the blank space). You need to install an extension such as Greasemonkey.
