Picture-in-Picture Is Refusing To Work
Lately, I've been noticing that Picture-in-Picture isn't doing what it should. I try clicking the "Picture-in-Picture" tab, selecting it from the right-click menu, and even restarting Firefox. I still can't get it to work anymore, despite the setting being on.

You can check in the Web Console for possible related messages.
- "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Web Developer
- https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Tools/Web_Console
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
