I cannot verify my account because i cancelled the email account that mozilla considers primary. I do not remember my Firefox password. can y
i am willing to cancel my current primary account (ktclasses@aol.com),but I cannot even do that without a password and access to the old email acct. Can you cancel this account for me, so I can open a new one with my current email address.?

get your firefox password back Click the menu button and choose Preferences.
Click the Privacy & Security panel. Click Saved Logins… under Forms & Passwords. The Password Manager will open.
Resetting the sync password, or changing its e-mail, will remove all data from the servers.

Shut down the old sync. Then create a new account.
If you can't access this old Firefox account because the email address no longer exist or can't be accessed then there is no way to delete this account. You can only setup a new account with a valid email address.
If I want to set up a new account, I have to use the secondary email on the account I can't access. How do I remove the secondary email from my first account so I can use it to set up a new account?
Can't you use this secondary email to access this Firefox account?
Did you try a password reset on this account to see if the email is send to both primary and secondary accounts?
Cor-el, the secondary email doesn't seem to work for account changes. Just for messages. I already tried that and I will order to set up a new account, I have to use the secondary email, which I am unable to do as kind as it is linked to the account whose primary email no longer exists.
