When I updated my computer's operating windows software my @cfl.rr.com account was deleted. How do I get this account back active again?

Was the account that has disappeared just one of several in your Thunderbird installation? In other words, are all the other accounts OK and only this one has gone? Or was this the only account you had, so that Thunderbird now has no data? Also: - have you lost saved addresses, contacts etc. as well as emails? - was the account IMAP or POP?
