Close tab button is off center

Just recently, I have had an issue with Firefox where the close tab buttons are off center and aren't displayed correctly. I've tried everything from removing themes and even going as far as resetting everything back to the defaults with no luck. Does anybody have any ideas how to fix this? This is the issue I'm having:

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

I tried this, but the issue is still happening
