Linked a file using Box and now 'send' is greyed out

I created a simple email to send a pdf . Its 10mb so I got prompted to link it using Box, which I believe I have used before. I activated this OK and link is in the email which says 'one file attached' but 'send' is greyed out. The file also shows in the attachment box with a blue b.
