Thunderbird has been not allowing me to send and recieve emails from my Gmail email accounts, how can I fix this?

My gmail account was orignially blocked and I verified that it was my account. After this, thunderbird locked me out of my gmail accounts on thunderbird. I have been experiencing issues with sending and receiving email
