I am connected via wifi and I am getting a warning of an Untrusted Connection try to connect to 10.10.7.200.
I have connected to tons of wifi over the years with this netbook. Ihave experienced this the 2 out of 2 time I have tried to connect at this new colleve I am attending. Should I select Add Exception to try to move past this?

kcavender 10.10.7.200 is private address (Check below i have given a small info about this) within your network, I think that is where you need to supply the log in credentials given to you by the authority in order to access internet, right.
Since your access to internet is blocked before loging in Firefox is not able to verify the validity of the certificate, You can Add Exception in Firefox that will solve this issue and because this is in Local network there minimal Security Risks too (Only if some one in your local network breaks your communication).
For your info
They are only intended for use within a private context and traffic that needs to cross the Internet will need to use a different, unique address.
