task bars now appear on right side of screen. I prefer them on the bottom. How do I return them to the bottom of screen

Not a Firefox support issue, the Task Bar is part of Windows not Firefox. You need to find the "sweet spot" of the Task Bar with the cursor, and drag the Task Bar back to the bottom.
