Google is writing to my drive, only Firefox deleted cookies, Flashcookies
I have a G3 MyFi. On one of my laptops when I do a Google search the results are in NY no matter what my location. Google says it's AUTO DETECT. My ISP address can be GA, CA, UT etc. I have deleted all cookies, including Flash cookies, it still does this. If I use a different browser (Safari, Opera or Avant) the same computer, the same Google search is generic (not NY) Where do I find this Google File? THNX! PS do use F2.0 didn't like the look and feel of newer vers. SORRY

You can check: http://whatismyipaddress.com/ - What Is My IP Address?
That is exactly my concern. I have been checking my IP address and of course it changes as I travel. So Google Auto detect should be serving up new location info every time. It does not -- so it must have written some thing into my Firefox. (it only happens in Firefox so it can not be GUID)
You can clear the Google cookies: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
