Unable to connect TickerPlant in www.sbicapsec.com, live streaming data does not appear.

While share trading through www.sbicapsec.com "Trade anywhere" screen opens where we can see the live quote of various shares. This does not appear in Firefox. It says "unable to connect TickerPlant". This problem does not appear in ie6.

I also have an Sbicapsec account. I am able to get the ticker without any problem. However, I am unable to buy shares using their interface.
Have you been able to buy shares using the sbicapsec trading platform in Firefox ?
I use Firefox 3.6+ in Windows 7.
Hi Biri, If Bilker can see it, it is probably something specific about your setup. We'll need some more info about your Firefox setup. In Firefox go to Help > Troubleshooting Information, then click Copy all to Clipboard. Open a reply to this post, and go to Edit > Paste to paste the info from your Troubleshooting Information page.
Im a customer of sbi capital securities since 1 year and its not your problem, their ticker server is just incompatible with every browser except ie6+ and its clearly mentioned in their website that it only works ONLY on IE6 +.
I have been using Ticker in Firefox without problems. You have to install Java runtime 2.0 above to make it work.
