Have accidentally moved junk folder into the trash. How do I move it out?

Is this an IMAP or POP3 account? Normally, this is a protected folder and can't be deleted, especially if it's IMAP. If it's a POP3 account, the Junk folder is just another local folder and can be deleted if you go through certain steps. How did you manage to do that?

Some things to try:

- Drag and drop it back into position.

- If POP3, create a new Junk Folder, then go to <Accounts Settings | Spam/Junk Settings | Destination and Retention> and set the destination to the newly created folder.

- If IMAP, right-click on the account name in the Folders List and choose "Subscribe". If your missing Junk folder is listed but no check mark, check it. If not listed, click "Refresh" - it might reappear.

Please report back. I might have some other possibilities.
