Does the chatbot sidebar have continual access to the pages I'm viewing?

If I enable a chatbot in the sidebar, does that bot have access to the pages I'm viewing - for example, on a continual basis, or only if I prompt it to read a page? Does it have access to the URLs I'm visiting, etc.

The main help page explaining about the chatbot sidebar does not address this.

Hi, it doesn't have access to your open tabs, nor your history. And it can't read your open tab even if you ask it to do it.
