I must make assumptions, since there are no details here.
- - click help>troubleshootinginformation on old PC
- - scroll to 'profile folder' and click 'open folder'
- - exit thunderbird
- - copy the abook.sqlite and history.sqlite files to external media
- repeat the first three steps on receiving PC
- - past the abook.sqlite and history.sqlite to overlay the current versions
- - restart thunderbird
