After update to 143.0.1, the mail compose window was not moveable (mouse, top bar).

I found the cause, though: The top "compose symbol bar" was missing. After enabling (View, Symbols) the window was moveable.

I don't see "Symbols" in my View menu. Can you explain more?

Ah, it's "Toolbars" -> "Composition Toolbar" in the english version. I had to guess from my german version.
