Modern browsers are not an option so you'll need to use an older version of a browser that was compiled to run on CPUs without the SSE3 requirement.
You can try an old version Firefox ESR (Extended Support Release)
Google search say version 52.9.0 is the last version of Firefox that officially supported CPUs without SSE3
