Hi, I'm getting conflicting storage information - hopefully you have an answer / solution.

We have 3 different gmail accounts. 2 of them are fine (lots of storage available. However for the other, the status bar on the lower right is orange, and it says full - 15.1GB. I have done a lot of cleanup and deleted everything (spam, junk & deleted folders). When I check the properties (even after a restart) on the "All Mail" folder, it shows there is only 164MB used.

What is going on?

I think the gmail quota refers to the total storage used by Photos, Drive, Mail and any other Google app. Photos and videos are usually the main contributors.
