Hi, Since yesterday, the messages I receive are in code. My provider is Orange (France). Of course, the messages are not coded in my Orange mailbox. The protocol I use is pop. It looks like all messages are considered as spam. I switched off Bitdefender without solving the problem. Messages start like shown below. Thank you for your help. Alexis

J'ai décoché et recoché la case "Activer les contrôles adaptatifs d’e-mails indésirables pour ce compte" dans les paramètres de compte. Cela semble fonctionner de nouveau. On trouve "Paramètres des indésirables" à deux endroits, j'ai mis les mêmes paramètres sur les 2. Jérôme.

Cela semble effectivement résoudre le problème. Après avoir avoir décoché les contrôles adaptatifs, les nouveaux e-mails arrivent en clair. Merci beaucoup pour votre aide. Je note aussi que dans le bloc suivant j'avais coché la case pour envoyer dans le dossier "Indésirables" les e-mails considérés comme tels par ce "contrôle adaptatif" et qu'ils sont cependant restés dans "Courrier entrant". Solution update posted at 8:48 Eastern time (12:48 UTC) Thursday by Alexlandru_BD, an admin at bitdefender, "The developers reverted the changes made in the last signature update and this should do the trick until a permanent fix is deployed. Just click on update in systray and reboot once completed. But keep in mind this change is being rolled out gradually, so it may not reach everyone at the same time.."
