Hi Andrew,

I'm also on 140.2, but I can't reproduce this issue. However, I noticed there's another user with the same issue, so I filed this bug report. I'll try to escalate this internally. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Hi Andrew,

Upon investigating this a bit further, we realized that this is expected as part of the new tab tray experience we release starting from version 140.0.

Users with the new tab tray design will no longer see the option to scan a QR code directly from Firefox, as the feature was identified as having low usage.
