Hi chanchoa, thank you for reporting this.
On Add-ons site, when you're on the page for an extension, in the left column, just below the empty stars, is a button to report abuse. That is a place where you can report each individual extension.
The Add-ons team also has a forum on another site if you want to bring it to their attention there (they don't follow the support forum here):
You may have ad/mal-ware. Further information can be found in this article; https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-caused-malware?cache=no
Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.

Note the word Plugins refers to NPAPI Plugins like the Flash Player Plugin from Adobe. https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ however this will soon be gone as Adobe is discontinuing their Flash at end of 2020.
What you are referring to are Extensions and will be in the Extensions section.
If any of these are indeed questionable Extensions then they will likely be added to blocklist https://blocked.cdn.mozilla.net/
