I am on Windows 10, Thunderbird 80.0b1 (32-bit) and have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 printer. None of the print.printer lines appear in my Thunderbird config so hitting the Print key for an e-mail opens up a totally blank box. All of the print.printer lines do appear in my Firefox config and I can print content from it.

have you tried print preview? is the correct printer selected in the print preview?

Print preview just opens the same blank screen and no printers are listed anywhere.
