No, definitely do NOT trust. Do NOT download. Do NOT open the download.

It's probably malware. There has been a concerted campaign to trick Firefox users into installing malware using an orange page with a huge stolen Firefox logo. The address you see in the address bar usually is some nonsense. They launch a new site every day, which bypasses the built-in bad site blocker. You end up there due to an ad on a popular website.
