That's the latest. You can use the following page for reference, it lists more releases than you would ever want to know about!

A new major version is released about every six weeks, usually on Tuesday. Note that not everybody will immediately get the new version offered. Only a small percentage of the Firefox users get the update offered in the first week to check if there aren't serious problems that need to be fixed via a minor update. You can always manually update via "Help -> About" unless updates have been disabled because of issues.
