had a repeating crash this morning, and have tried starting in safe mode, uninstalling and reinstalling, without success. Firefox simply will not open :-( Scanned with Malwarebytes Premium; computer is clean Currently researching and submitting using Opera Crash ID: bp-ac942df4-f38b-4175-a4c4-4acd81170618 clicking automatically add button takes me away from this page (I am in Opera, not firefox), so I get to https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/downloads/latest/troubleshooter/addon-426841-latest.xpi
