How safe is it to use firefox beta?

Hi, Is it fine to use Firefox beta on regular basis, e.g. syncing all bookmarks and passwords? Or, should I avoid using beta version to login to all the sites I use because it is still not the final version? Security/privacy concerns? Thank you. Regards, Aditya

There are no security concerns with using Beta. All security updates hit Beta at the same time as they hit Release.

Best is to install a beta release alongside of a the current Firefox release by doing a custom install. There are no privacy or security issues, but it is always possible that a website isn't working properly with a beta release, but does work with a release. Note that beta usually updated twice a week. If you do not have experience with test releases (beta, nightly) then best is to stay with the current Firefox release unless you have a specific problem that is fixed in the beta release.

Note that you should never share the same profile folder with multiple Firefox versions, but create a separate profile for each version.
