Hi. I downloaded Firefox, but somehow it won't install. I have to re-download it everytime I want to use it.

I've followed the installation instructions, and Mozilla does download and open, but it disappears every time I close the window. What I mean is, I can't reopen Mozilla, it hasn't installed on my computer. So I have to re-download it every time. Searching in my computer and in downloads doesn't reveal anything.
