Thunderbird does not normally archive or delete anything automatically. WE find IMAP account with some providers do, because of server settings.

When Thunderbird started today, I found ALL previous Emails had been DELETED! I did NOT want them deleted as there are Emails I needed but now their GONE! Is there any way to recover those lost Emails or are they gone forever? This isn't the first time Thunderbird deleted my Emails, it's the second time this year! I don't have a "clipboard" anymore, I can't send a copy of it as an Email & I can't get an image of the "Troubleshooting information" either so I had to just "select all", then paste here. Why do I have so dam many printers listed & how can I get rid of them?
