Hi

I have had a look and there is no pop up blocked included by default within Firefox for Android.

If you wish to disable pop ups;

   # Type about:config in the address bar
   # Search dom.disable_open_during_load and set it to false

If you wish to enable pop ups;

   # Type about:config in the address bar
   # Search dom.disable_open_during_load and set it to true
