Hi sumeetk, 

I understand that you are using an older version of Firefox to use Cognos. Please check your update history to see if there was any changes to the addons/plugins that you have to make sure the two are compatible.

Please also contact Cognos support to make sure the two are still compatible and for further troubleshooting.
