After updating FF to v. 136.0 in Linux Mint 22.04, I noticed a problem with video playback in Facebook in some posts. A black screen appears with the message "Sorry, there were problems playing this video". The problem also occurs after disabling all plugins and deleting the user.js file from the profile. The problem does not occur after starting firefox in troubleshoot mode, but then hardware acceleration using the GPU does not work (Compositing: WebRender (Software)). suddenly after a firefox upgrade this afternoon, the contacts lists for gmail started to get reduced in size so small it looked like specks of dust instead of names , adresses, etc.

another pc here which hasn't been upgraded  has no problem.   both pcs have the same 5 GMAIL acccounts, 

but the secondary (also sedentary ) has not been used for 2 or 3 days. Both are laptops, with Win 11 and are upgraded as soon as they available

Hello! My desktop computer just updated with Microsoft updates K85055683 and K85055518 today 4/9/2025, I use Firefix as my dedicated browser. When I try to log into my digital banking page I get this message: UNAUTHORIZED TO ACCESS THIS RESOURCE. Ref ID: c9ddc5e66. It will not let me go to the log in page. What is up with that?? Is Firefox blocking access due to the Microsoft security updates downloaded today??? Thanks for your prompt response!!

After today's 2025-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5055523) update, Firefox does not allow me to log into my Dominion Energy Credit Union account (see attached login error screen). Using Firefox Private Browsing, however, DOES allow logging in. I have cleared the cache, restarted the browser, and restarted the computer several times. Please advise.

After downloading Update 136, every single website (banking, mail, etc.) no longer recognizes my computer and makes me sign-in, and go through 2-step verification even though I am not signed up for it. The note says: You are signing in with an unrecognizable device. But this is incorrect. And if I sign in and go through 2-step verification and then sign out... when I sign in again, the site again says I am not recognized.

How do I get rid of this issue?

X.com doesn't log in correctly. I get "something went wrong". I have to log out and in several times before it works. Firefox also doesn't remember setting for X, such as Dark Mode.

I am running this Firefox version 128.9.0esr (64-bit) in my Macbook with Mac OS Sonoma. Firefox says I am up to date but I have an app that does not work because it needs 133+. Can you help me please?

I can no longer reach the bill pay portion in my Regions Bank account. I turn off ETP and have communicated with the bank yet the issue remains. Is there a fix? I don't want to leave Firefox and Duck Duck Go and use Google.

I'm using a Mac with 15.0.1. I downloaded Firefox a couple of days ago. All seems to be working fine. I've not made any settings changes and all websites seem to be operating as expected. However, I cannot get Facebook to load at all. I know that when I tried using Mozilla Firefox in the past I had the same problem and eventually just gave up. When I enter www.facebook.com with a URL and press enter, I get the following: "

It's important to note that I have not made any changes to the default settings. I have not in any way configured or changed any settings at all. So I would expect this to work out of the box. Firefox is: 137.0.1 (aarch64).

Not sure why this is happening and why I need to go through so many directions to trying work out why a simple website won't work. Any help would be really appreciated.

I run a website in Jamaica - www,quickgallopja.com. The website has a longstanding connection with Google Sheets for displaying statistics. Lately, however, the display of my stats on Firefox has not been working as it should. Please advise a possible solution.
