Hello Mozilla Team,

I'll directly jump into - 12 years of Bookmarks and history are gone after the last update. No warning or anything. Can you help me restore? That's unbelievable.

I have selected the 4 rows for shortcuts on my tab and have installed all but the last 3 spaces in the end of the 4th row. There's no option whatsoever to continue to add those remaining 3 spaces. Any suggestions?

Please create a new version of the browser app that supports the ability to use FileSystemAPI on directories, this is essential for working with a BeatBuddy project and SD cards that are saved on my computer using the online editor. Many thx, Manfred

How do I stop this page from coming up several times a day. I have already set FireFox as my default browser, several times, but to no avail. I've careful followed your instructions. I dislike MS and have used FF for years. If this doesn't stop, I'll search for another browser that hopefully behave. I have set it on 4 computers, 2 Win 10, 2 Win 11.

By the way, the computers show FireFox twice, but only one actual installation.

I cannot recall my keepass password. I used my fingerprint to access. I put my password in keepass with it showing up when I opened the app but the app is all wonky in an endless deathloop and I cannot use my finger to access the database. What can I do?

When I try to set up the new built-in VPN setting it gets stuck in a loop:

I click the "get started" which then opens another tab where it gets me to confirm my account

Once I do that it says it will automatically open the VPN

When it does so the VPN window is the same one as before with just the "get started" button and no other options.

If I click on that it then opens another new tab and does the exact same thing in an unending loop

I can not seem to find the button to open a saved, closed tab group. I have googled, and there seems to be a lot of people with the same issue. However, None of the information given under those forums provides me with a clear, easy solution. Please help.

I want to change the security rule. I have to get a code from my email in order to login to paypal. I wouldnt have any problem doing a text. Is there anything I can do?

I am unable to log into my energy provider, when I log into my bank I can't use some features like seeing all my transactions, I can't log into Twitter, I can't play anything from Substack.

With Firefox 151.0.4 on Linux Mint I can login to https://www.ftb.ca.gov/myftb/index.asp with username and password, then I get the message: "You may have pressed the back button, refreshed during login, opened too many login dialogs, or there is some issue with cookies, since we couldn't find your session. Try logging in again from the application and if the problem persists please contact the administrator. " . Accessing FTB with Chrome works.

I am facing an issue with Firefox where every time the browser updates, all of my accounts get logged out, including YouTube, ChatGPT, and other websites. I have already tried repairing, uninstalling, and reinstalling Firefox, but the problem still persists.

When I add sites for exceptions, why isn't this carried with my Firefox account and it shows up in every instance of Firefox when i am signed in? It is a nuisance to keep re-adding them everywhere. Also, when Firefox updates, why do I have to re=enter what I already done. It is a pain.
