For clarity, I am based in the UK trying to shop from the co-op supermarket which is based in the UK.

I am getting an access denied message with shop.coop.co.uk, but not with any other UK online shopping site.

I have tried all the usual suggestions like reboot, clear cache, remove proxy, and I do not have VPN.

I have downloaded the html of the message, and taken a screenshot of it as shown below. Looking into the html, there are references to Incapsula, which may suggest where the problem lies?

This problem started when I had to change my Virgin Media hub from Super Hub 2 to Hub 4 around July last year.

One suggestion that is often made is to delete cookies. However it is not clear which cookies may be relevant.

Any ideas on how to identify the source of this issue will be most welcome.

i hate the fact that my camera does not working chat group or otherwise ion Firefox and facebook. can not connect to family why does firefox not try to do something to fix it it used to work with facebook but now no ' even when i stop all extensions the camera does not work i have reinstalled the camera and it does work so why does my camera not work in firefox and facebook

I got a new tablet and synced my Fire fox but did it from the new device so it removed all my pinned shortcuts from my other computers. How can I recover my shortcut settings? What is the correct way to sync other devices to the one you have as the main one?

Since the latest update on 16/01, my search bar history has just not functioned at all.

Remember history is still ticked, however there is no autofill, and no sites are populating in shortcuts unless i add them manually. Basically history is not saving as it should.

I've checked all my settings but there doesn't seem to be anything amiss.

The latest Firefox update 147.0.1 has broken my old 1password filling login fields on MacOS Tahoe 26.2 Apple M1. I have tried backing it out but of course when you try to start the old version it immediately gets into an infinite loop because it insists on updating immediately. It also won't allow it to start with an already updated profile which has automatic updates disabled. Any solutions out there? Thanks for any help.

After the last Firefox update the Home Screen Short Cut List is populated with every link I access on the Web. I don't need a short cut to everything I might view in a days time. That's what my History list is for.

The top two toggles in the "location" area of privacy settings are OFF. Greyed out. The rest are also in the off position and greyed out other than "Notify when apps request location" is toggled on. I accidentally said "yes" when it wanted me to share location. (I just started using Firefox last night). Then it opened my "settings" for my computer on it's own and I closed it out quickly as I was working on something important and I cannot have distractions. I did not mess with any toggles or click anywhere else except the big X in the right upper corner. Since I didn't mean to click yes now it is prompting me quite often, every few minutes, to turn the location service on and automatically opens the settings for my laptop to the page "Privacy & Security > Location. How do I get this Madness to stop?

Maybe that's at the root of the problem I'm constantly having with my history & bookmarks being unavailable every time Windows updates? The strange thing is that this page shows that Firefox does know I'm using 11.

I've already posed the question I have about resolving that matter. Hope this helps someone figure out the answer. Thanks to whoever tries!

Looking at my Firefox 147.0.1 settings for macOS 26.2 (Apple M1), I'm trying to adjust two settings:

-- I'd like to remove Languages -> English (GB) (its existence has odd side effects, like triggering United Airlines to offer fares in Pounds Sterling, and I'd prefer to just have English (US))

-- I'd like to disable Play Audio and Video for about:welcome (in regular and private windows)

I can see no way to accomplish this currently -- why?

Hello... I'm just a novice user so I am not really sure here. This is my problem, I tried to view my gmail account and I got the pic in post. I'm not sure what to think, I like to know if it's secure to use Firefox? Hi, I have more than one password for Firefox. One is noted for making changes in thebrowser and use benefits that come with the broswer like the security feature that was called Mozilla Monitor that i understand in now discontinued.

The other password is noted for "just signing in." I called it the "Primary" password.

I don't know the difference anymore.

Also i am trying to sync my passwords to my old firefox. The updates were crashing my computer (Mac 11.7.10) so i dragged the app from the apps folder into the trash. Then i used Chrome to download the Firefox 115 ESR (which for some reason is labeled 140, why???) but now i can't find my passwords from the one i trashed. I am trying to synch the passwords from my other (newer) computer but it doesn't work. Do i need to sign in with the other password? Do i need to quit Firefox for the sync to take? Do i need to reboot the computer?

I am on MacBook Pro Venture 13.4.1, firefox 147.0.1. How do I restore old windows with their tabs? I tried to have only one of my 5 windows (with tabs) opening every time I opened firefox. Always two opened, the second one was always the same and not one I had most recently used. Couldn't find an answer, so I went to settings and turned off "Open previous windows and tabs" and turned off firefox and back on again. Then all my windows were gone! How do I get those 5 windows back?

Hello, Within the past hour, "Checking for Updates" keeps running. I thought checking "choose to install" would limit the numerous times this happens per day, but it hasn't.

I've been experiencing this for a couple weeks and it's getting worse. I'm not sure what's going on.

I'm running Windows 11 and the last FF Mozilla update was #147.01.

Please advise.

Due to a drive failure I had to do a fresh Windows install. Since then my Firefox has not been loading tab favicons for the tabs from my previous session when I launch it. They do not display until I click on each individual tab. I have tried poking around in about:config and turned off several lazy loading functions but nothing has fixed it. browser.sessionstore.restore_tabs_lazily and browser.sessionstore.restore_on_demand are both false with no effect on this behavior.

Any ideas for how to fix this?
