I have the VPN symbol in the upper right corner of my computer screen and have activated several times in the past when the circle turned green. The inactive form is still there, but it will not turn green when the pointer of my mouse is on it? What is wrong?

Acer Aspire 5 laptop. Windows 10. Auto turned off because I unplugged it to move places and it has a dodgy connection so if the screen physically moves a bit (like closing and opening movement) it just auto turns off - the screen accidentally moved a bit! I restarted it but only used it to connect to the scanner and save the scanned doc in Documents - I didn't use the internet so didn't realise the tabs didn't re-open as normal. Next day, I realised the many tabs and a few windows weren't opening in Mozilla Firefox. They were also off in Chrome but I could recover those - and it was just one window and a handful of tabs. I did a restore last session, which was dated as a couple of days previously, but the Firefox windows and tabs were still not there when I restarted. I certainly wasn't asked nor were there any warnings re saving tabs etc Firefox has just done an update (auto). I've looked around but see no solution. I don't have my laptop synced to any other device. I thought I had a back up / remember things for in case of crashes but it seems not. What do I do to recover all the tabs and windows? Thank you.

Once again after Firefox update it don't save my email address or password for Royal Caribbean website. It used to but not now again. Chrome does save both of them. I have tried everything even all what AI tells me to try. Nothing works. This is about the 3rd time this has done this on Firefox. Thank You.. I have Windows 11.

Since I updated to Firefox v154 (on Windows 11 w/latest updates) Substack videos freeze at random times 15-30 minutes into playback (never right away). If I close the tab and reuse the original link, playback resumes more at less where it froze, but this is very annoying and happens almost every video. Other online videos (e.g. YouTube) don't seem to have this problem -- but I rarely watch hour-long videos outside of Substack, so I can't confirm that the problem doesn't exist elsewhere. This only seems to occur after streaming 15+ minutes so probably a subtle bug.

my yahoo emails have all gone blank--the From: Mary and To: Frank in the top left of message box remains, but the entire message itself is completely blank. however, the messages show up as usual in safari. any help or suggestions would be welcome as i cannot reach any support from firefox. thank you.

Using Win 10. Desktop. Firefox is up to date. Problem happens even when all extensions disabled.

Every time I open Firefox it starts with a single blank page. This is fine, it is set to open new pages with a blank page but I also have have the [Open previous windows and tabs] ticked too and it never remembers.

Menu bar's [History] > [Restore Previous History] is greyed out.

Google Maps displays black map tiles in Firefox, while it works normally in other browsers. The issue persists after disabling extensions, testing Troubleshoot Mode, clearing the graphics cache, resetting graphics preferences, and testing a new Firefox profile. Firefox version: [version]. can't access Mozilla.org using wi-fi work. Can't access anything using FF browser but when I use Chrome I can access anything. I uninstalled FF and still same trouble. I updated Bookmarks from desktop file from the last update.

I've added my Firefox to a new computer and signed into my account. Cannot find my bookmarks. The only option I see is to import them from another browser (which does not have them). How can I retrieve them?

I'd like to report an issue with a recent Firefox update.

Since one of the latest updates, the "Close all duplicate tabs" option has disappeared from the tab list menu (the menu opened via the small arrow on the right side of the tab bar). I've looked for it elsewhere in the UI and haven't been able to find it.

System info:

Firefox version: 154.0 (64-bit) Operating system: Windows 10 Professional, version 22H2 (OS build 19045.7663)

This feature is particularly important to me because I regularly keep a very large number of tabs open — often several hundred, sometimes over a thousand — and being able to close all duplicates at once was essential for managing and cleaning that up.

A couple of things make me think this may be an unintentional regression rather than a deliberate change: Mozilla's own support article on the Tab overview menu still lists "Close all duplicate tabs" as part of this exact menu, and I couldn't find any mention of its removal in the release notes for the two most recent versions (153.0.3 and 154.0). That said, I haven't found an existing bug report that matches this, so I wanted to check here first.

I'd really appreciate help with the following:

Why has this option disappeared from the tab list menu? Is this an intentional change, or a bug/regression? Has the feature simply moved somewhere else in the UI? If it's a bug, is there already a tracked report I should follow, or should I file one?
