After upgrading to 149.0.2 (64-bit), when starting FF or opening an new tab, the preferred URL is not loaded. It is configured in Settings/Home/New Windows and Tabs All previuos FF versions were OK with the same URl (https://search.yahoo.com/web/advanced)

Been having tab crashes every couple of minutes - doesn't matter what the site is, the tab will crash out and I'll have to refresh. I have a laptop that is synced that I also use that doesn't have this issues - it's isolated to the PC.

Tried sfc, DISM, hardware and memory checks - all come back good. I'm inclined to believe it could be something on the operating system and not hardware, but I also recently reinstalled Windows. I had another thought that it could be something with JavaScript (seemed like a common theme in the error reports, but I'm not 100% what I'm looking at or for).

seit einiger Zeit habe ich Probleme das Firefox die Verbindung zum Internet verliert. Andere Browser wie zum Beispiel Google haben diese Probleme nicht. Ich habe Firefox neu installiert, den Cash geleert und auch schon mit dem Fehlerprogramm von euch laufen lassen, es wird nicht besser, vielleicht kennt ihr noch eine Lösung die mir helfen kann...

Last week I downloaded the latest update for Firefox. After that I could not open websites I often use, such as etsy.com and ebay.com where I sell items. Also could not connect to Firefox Support. Yesterday, 4/19/2026 I uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. I have box selected to open new tabs instead of new window, however, when I click on a line from my email it opens new window which causes me to have to sign-in to my accounts again, multiple times today. Also, after the latest update I cannot use my main modem network, have to use another wifi network. Also a couple of times today when I open a tab it is trying to use the primary network and pages will not load. I need help in resolving issues caused from last weeks update. I know this is very long but felt I need to tell you what is happening so you'd better understand steps to take to resolve issues. Thanks for your help.

I have set my firefox, that it deletes all cookies after a session. additionally i have stored some exeptions of this routine. But now also the cookies of the exeptione are delete every week, mostla on sundays! what is the reason of this behavior???

I am unable to view my extensive bookmark list, which I have always accessed by clicking on the star button in the left margin of my screen. They suddenly disappeared yesterday.

As of recently, I have problems with Firefox that do not happen in other browsers. But Firefox is my favorite, and I'd like to have this solved so I can keep using it.

In Zendesk, there is an option "Print ticket" which should open Print dialog and we then can print whole email to PDF. This worked for years, but as of recently that dialog simply does not show. I tried change Firefox settings for printing, but problem remains. Attached is a screenshot how it looks in chrome, and how it used to work in firefox.

As from yesterday, April 17, Firefox will not load correctly https://m365.cloud.microsoft page. It loads, but no element reacts when clicked. I cleared cache, cookies, removed extensions, refreshed firefox, but to no avail.

I'm able to use my Passkey/keychain when using Safari to login in to other accounts on my Mac but, when I try through Firefox, I'm told I need to update my browser version. My version (149.0.2 (64-bit)) is showing as up to date. Do I need an Apple add-in and, if so, how do I get and install it?

Hello I am using the settings "Check for updates, but let me choose whether to install them" which has worked for me over many years. The last moths or so I've noticed that the Firefox desktop installation is very nagging about the pending updates that are available. Nagging starts emedietly when browser is opened, and although I klick it away, it keeps reappearing a lot during use. This is VERY annoying, and I would very much like for this behaviour to stop. It is more than enough info to get the "reminder" once per session.

Be specific when describing your issue. Our volunteers are Mozilla users just like you, giving their own time to help. Instead of saying “something is broken,” try to explain exactly what’s happening. For example, saying “YouTube videos are always choppy” makes it much easier for us to understand and help you quickly.

When in eBay checkout, I click on pay this seller only, checkout balance disappears. If I go into private browsing, it works as okay. When on Youtube, I get a ghost image of another page, which gives a lot of problems running Youtube. Again, if I go to private browsing, it works okay. Is this normal, or is their a fix?

When accessing my bookmarks list, I clicked on the wrong location and my whole list of bookmarks disappeared; left me with tabulated folders. How do I get my list of bookmarks back?

As it says in the subject title. After performing a search and executing it. A new tab opens that displays about:blank. This occurs everytime an serach is performed the first time when opening Firefox. My current home page is set to Yahoo.com but will happen using any search engine.

When the tab is closed and the search is initiated again on the initial page. The search results populate. This is persistent and repeatable. This has happened since the previous update from the current version 149.0,2 on a Windows 11 pc.

The same thing happens on another pc that I use. And started happening without any prior glitches.

I have hased this question with no response since noticing the issue using the previous version.

Also. I have tried online suggestions to repair the issue with no positive results.

Needing a rapid fix.
