I cannot login into my spectrum.net account using Firefox. I get error IDID-4000, which no one at Spectrum seems to understand, other than to wait 24 hours and try again. I can login into my account using Edge just fine. I use Firefox exclusively and don't like having to switch. anything you can do to fix this login problem?

My original install crashed, and kept saying to close, and would not stop.... I tried uninstalling all of Firefox and when I install the new clean version, the messages continue and will not install the application. How do I completely remove Firefox and install a fresh copy?

We've got around 2000 AD-joined windows 10 boxes, with TB as the mail client, for years. Users are connected as domain users (ie, non-admins). Now IIRC, first TB version installed was 60. TB was updated throughout the years automaticall without a hitch, up to and including version 115.x.

With the advent of 128 we had started receiving calls from users stating that a message pops-up asking for credentials. Taking a closer look we discovered that each and every installation needed admin credentials to be able to do the upgrade to 128.

Is this a bug or normal behaviour? It is definitely a problem, especially for small organizations that do not know how to install manually an MSI of the latest version.

Just visited Telstra and bought a new dongle and SIM Card. All worked at the showroom now home can't get access to the internet via my dongle? Blue light went throiugh continuous to blue blinking suggesting its connected but any inetrnet address gets the same result - "You are not connected to the internet?"

Hello, I'm wondering why the review checker tool might give vastly different ratings for the same product with different options chosen. For example, if I'm looking at a shirt on Amazon, the review checker might rate the listing for the shirt with the default color as 4.5 stars adjusted rating with A or B rated reviews, but when I switch to the next color, it will often show a very low review rating, like F, along with a low adjusted product rating. I'm not sure if this is a bug, or if the tool is displaying correct information about certain selections of the listings' options. Thanks!

Whenever I try to watch a youtube video or hulu show, firefox refuses to load up the media. On youtube, clicking play just shows the video thumbnail with a loading circle and the youtube logo in the center. Sometimes it'll play the first few seconds but then go back to the loading circle. Hulu won't even display the media and just show a black screen. I've first though it might've been my adblocker but turning it off and going into troubleshoot mode results in the same thing. I've also tried doing a full uninstall and reinstall but the problem persists. Not sure what else to try.

When I open up the Add-ons Manager it shows Window Titler is turned on. But Ctrl-Alt-T no longer works, there is no button showing for it, and it seems to be gone. A button for it does not appear in Customize Toolbar. It is the single most important reason I stay with Firefox. How do I get it to work again? Thoughts appreciated.
