How to fix clicking on download links opens new tab with firefox preview?

In the new version of firefox, when I click some download links, they open in a new tab as a preview instead of downloading. I notice this problem with mp3's mostly. How do I change it to download or "prompt" me whether to save file or open in vlc? I have v58.
