watch the screen capture in that link. The downloads, the new menu, and bookmarks can be clicked but are not visible. I have this problem on several computers. Any help.

I have tried resetting profile and reinstalling.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.

That does not fix it.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test.

Still there in safe mode.

Maybe try a different Windows theme if you use the same theme on all computers.

You did already disable hardware acceleration in Firefox?

Yes cor-el. Also this is not a theme, it's what happens when you select "Adjust for best performance" in Advanced settings of Windows 7. All of my computers at the office are like this. And some have firefox menus showing others don't. And I can't find a common thread. Is there a site I go to for bug reporting?
