I opened firefox and my homepage appeared with no firefox emblem in the upper lft. corner there was no menu bar status bar command bar no way to close page no icons for bookmarks etc nothing on the page just apage I had to click on the windows button to get off the page I can't use firefox until I solve this problem I have used firefox for years I am lost without it Someone PLEASE HELP ME THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.
