when i wath youtube adobe flash crashed and in instell last firefox and the last adobe flash

A couple of things: * Upgrade to Firefox 13 (you're currently running 12). Select Firefox > Help > About Firefox to upgrade. * Check if your Flash plugin is out of date on this page: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/.
